Harry Beisswenger
With more than 25 years of experience in sales/marketing and business management, Harry is working to further extend his leadership position of NetDirector by expanding customer and partner initiatives. These initiatives are geared toward transforming the mortgage banking and healthcare markets from disparate non-integrated systems to a fully integrated cloud-based data exchange. Since joining NetDirector in 2005, Harry has taken the company from a small start-up to an industry-leading data exchange service provider and six-time member of the Inc. 5000 list. As CEO, Harry is currently responsible for general management of operations, sales/marketing, finance, and product development. His main focus is on guiding the company to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction by cultivating an innovative and customer-centric culture within all aspects of the company.
Prior to joining NetDirector, Harry held sales and marketing management positions at small and large corporate environments in a myriad of industries including Mortgage Banking, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Information Technology. Previous companies include Users Inc., a division of Fiserv, Compuware, Changepoint, and PowerCerv. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Moravian College in Pennsylvania.
Chris Langewisch
Chris has 10 plus years in software development with over 5 years in the default industry and healthcare industry. Chris leads the software development team to bring the technological vision of the company into reality and is the final point escalation for advanced technical support. As the Development Manager, Chris is responsible for system architecture, application uptime and releases, and delivering development features according to business timelines.
Melissa McCabe
Melissa collectively has more than 20 years of experience in the default industry and with NetDirector. As a former bankruptcy paralegal and senior integration analyst, Melissa utilizes her experience to oversee the client implementations at NetDirector. As the Operations Director, her main focus is to be a resource and escalation point for both internal and external customers so as to improve the overall customer service experience. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida.
Alexander Craddock
In the role of Sales & Marketing Director, Alexander provides leadership in all aspects of marketing and sales for the company with a focus on an educational and consultative approach to both disciplines. Alexander works to create valuable content at NetDirector on a regular basis that adds value to the everyday environment of professionals embedded in healthcare data integration while ensuring that NetDirector is easy to find for the companies that need it the most. Alexander brings with him over fifteen years as an entrepreneur and business owner in event management and marketing that have motivated and defined his leadership style, as well as a decade of experience in design, copywriting, analytical and managerial marketing and sales positions in the technology industry.
Nate Braun
Nate has over 24 years of experience in Information Technology, in both the private and public sectors. Nate is responsible for the IT Infrastructure at NetDirector, as well maintaining NetDirector's Cyber-Security, HIPAA, and SOC2 compliance. Nate's IT career began in the Marine Corps as Systems Administrator and he has held roles as Senior Systems/Network/VOIP Engineer, IT Project & Support Management, and IT Consultant. Nate has a BS in Computer Science with a major in Computer Networking from Coleman University in San Diego, CA and has held many Industry certifications over the years.
